Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

Any changes to the information on your account must be updated immediately. ek999 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Personal Use Only

The account is for the personal use of the registered individual only. Allowing a third party to use, rent, or transfer the account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at ek999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that your account verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ek999 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are not transferable to any third party.
• Deliberately adopting any strategy to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• ek999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular users may join ek999's three-tier VIP program. The tiers are: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher tiers based on consistent activity and wagering volume on the platform. Details of the specific benefits at each VIP tier are set out in the applicable rules.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games available on ek999 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. In the event of a technical error, ek999 reserves the right to void the relevant round or refund the deposited funds.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, log files and server records will be considered the final proof. Disputes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

6.3 Sports Betting

10.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all balances and winnings may be forfeited. If closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned after verification.

Limitation of Liability
